Taylor IBC 2000 is a semi-automated, bulk bag unloader used to empty or deweigh intermediate bulk containers (IBC) also called totes, FIBC, super sacks or jumbo bags. The IBC 2000 has a weight capacity of 100 lb. to 4,000 lb. and is adaptable to nearly any discharge or deweigh application. The IBC 2000 can be programed to discharge at a given rate on to a take-away conveyor or discharge directly in to a hopper or individual container with a deweigh accuracy up to 0.1%. The universal pick up device (UPD) allows you to pick up, move and hang a bulk bag on the IBC2000, freeing up the fork lift for other tasks.
