The Superior Tag Placer is designed to automatically position pre-printed product information labels/tags near the nip-point, or infeed, of a bag as it is being sewn closed.
The tag placer is triggered to dispense a tag label as the bag is fed through the sewing system infeed. Its small footprint and unique hinged-arm allow the tag placer to conform to production floor layouts and small work areas.
The Superior Tagger dispenses up to 30 tags per minute and easily integrates with Fischbein sew systems and sealers. The tagger holds up to 1500+ labels/tags, allowing for continuous up time, while eliminating the operator’s task of hand feeding labels and tags, increasing line speed and throughput.

STARTUP SERVICES
Inpak Systems offers a startup service on your new Superior tag placer. This includes verifying the tag placer is operating properly to factory specifications. The startup service includes operation verification, operator training and maintenance training.
