The Rapat Model HDB-F Bag Flattener is a slider-bed, incline belt conveyor designed to flatten and form filled bags for better palletizing. The Model HDB has dual slider-bed conveyors that compress and shape bags for uniform stacking. The standard 8’ long Model HDB-F has dual 12” wide belts drive by 1/2 HP motors at speeds up to 40 FPM. The Model HDB-F can be interfaced with a bag kicker &/or bag turner.
