The Omni Metalcraft Model PTCB Power Belt Curve Conveyor is power belt, curved conveyor used to transport and orient products of various sizes, shapes, and weights. Available in 45°, 90°, and 180° curves, the Model PTCB’s belt is mechanically guided at the outside rail with a nylon tire bearing to provide positive traction. The Model PTCB has a standard conveying speed of 60 FPM at belt center line with faster speeds available up to 300 FPM. Available in up to 48” widths in 1” increments, the welded construction and 10 gauge welded steel frame ensures long-lasting trouble-free service.

- Polyester carcass belt with black PVC cover
- Tapered roller end-pulleys
- Up to 48″ width in 1″ increments
- Standard 4″ structural channel legs with 4″ of adjustment (available up to 36″ top-of-belt)
- Tapered ¼” pulley with ¼” vulcanized lagging
- Sealed, pre-lubricated, self-aligning ball bearings on drive and tail pulleys
- Totally enclosed, fan cooled motor with sealed worm speed reducer
