The Ohlson Model ROFS is a dry product filler for premade, plastic bags or stand-up pouches. Depending on the product the ROFS can fill up to 75 pouches/min. with a maximum weight of 5 lb.
Typically, a supply bucket conveyor (not included) delivers the product into the multi-head net weigher. A premade pouch is opened and hung below the collecting chute. Then the pouch is filled, sealed. and deposited on a discharge conveyor.
Options include: dust collector, date code printer, product settler, gas injection, and a liquid pump/valve.
