The New London Engineering 1000-C is a medium duty, curved, chain belt, bag closing conveyor used to move small, light-weight bags in an upright position through a heat sealer or sewing head. The 1000-C can be fitted with a 3.25” to 12” width plastic, carbon steel or stainless steel chain belt.  The 1000-C has a 12-gauge enamel painted frame with adjustable height legs and dual adjustable side rails.  The 1000-C can be configured as either a right or left hand curve. The 1000-C has a bottom mounted end drive and can produce a belt speed from 10 to 60 fmp, depending on the selected motor.

  • Carbon Steel Chain Belts (3.25”, 4.5” or 7.5” widths) for abrasive conditions
  • Casters with brakes
