The Logical Machines Model S-7 is a dual lane, net weigh, open mouth bag filler that offers all the features of the Model S-4 Net Weigh Filler, but adds a second lane for twice the speed and production efficiency. The Model S-7 can accurately fill: bags, pouches, sacks or boxes from 0.5 oz. to 10 lbs. with dry free flowing materials. The S-7 has three modes of operation. The Simultaneous Mode fills both hoppers at the same time. The Individual Mode drops whichever hopper is at weight. The Mix Mode can be set to weigh two different materials at different weights in order to mix products easily into one container. Using a self-adjusting bulk/dribble vibratory feeder, the Model S-7 can fill 600-1200 bags per hour with an accuracy of 1.0 g (0.001lb.), depending on your operational parameters
