The Fortress Phantom Large Bag Metal Detector can detect ferrous and nonferrous metals (including stainless steel) in large dry product bags. The Phantom Large Bag Metal Detector has a detection sensitivity of 2.0 mm (0.08”) for 316 stainless steel & non-ferrous metals and 1.5 mm (0.06”) for ferrous metals in 50-100 pounds bags. Integrated with a Vector conveyor, the Phantom Big Bag Metal Detector is ideal for metal detection and rejection of contaminated bags of flour, grain, spices, powders and food additives. The DSP (digital signal processor) with auto-test and auto-calibration includes a RS-485 communications port.
