CREPE SEWING TAPE
Bag closing paper crepe tape is a non-adhesive, crinkled, strip of paper that is folded over the top of a paper bag before it is sewn closed. Crepe tape is used to better seal the bag; preventing product (i.e. powers) from leaking out, environmental contamination, &/or insect infestation. Crepe tape is often used in place of a filler cord.
Paper crepe tape is available in 1”-3” widths. Beside the natural beige color, crepe tape can be: white (bleached), black, red, green, blue, or yellow. Crepe tape is usually manufactured from recycled paper, but is also available made from virgin (natural) products.

EASY PULL TAPE
Easy Pull Tape is a narrow (3/8” or 1/2” wide) strip of paper tape that is typically sewn over paper crepe tape. It allows bags sewn close with a single thread to be easily opened by pulling on one end of the Easy Pull Tape strip.
Only one end of the Easy Pull Tape strip will open the bag and the end is usually indicated on the bag. Easy Pull Tape can also be used in place of a filler cord to prevent leakage.
Because of critical tape alignment requirements, Easy Pull Tape requires a fixed, single thread, tape sewing head mounted on a pedestal such as the 400T NS.
6 lb. rolls, 6 rolls/case. Available in colors
