Peanuts are available in-shell or shelled. In-shell peanuts are raw, boiled or roasted and available in 2-45 lb. burlap or cloth mesh bags. These bags are typically tied or sewen closed.
Shelled peanuts are usually roasted and sold in 1 oz. to 5 lb. cans, jars or pouches and in 10- 45 lb. burlap bags.
For filling 1oz. to 10 lb. cans, jars or pouches, we recommend the Logical S-4 or Weigh Right iQ-1e vibratory bagger. For closing the 1 oz. to 10 lb. poly pouches, we recommend the APM Model VCBS bag sealer.
For filling 10-45 lb. bags we recommend the Weigh Right PMB Model 3601 bagger and for closing we recommend the Fischbein Model 400NS bag sewer.
