Vacuum Sealing
Inpak Systems is a top distributor for AmeriVacS premium, hand-crafted vacuum sealers. AmeriVacS manufactures standard and self-contained, impulse, vacuum, poly bag jaw sealers. Available with and without N2 (Nitrogen) purge, the AmeriVacS jaw sealers are ideal for electronics, sterile medical devices, food, biotech, aerospace, and scientific devices applications. Engineered and hand-crafted in San Diego, USA since the 1980s, AmeriVacS has sold 10,000+ machines to 7,000+ happy customers.
Clean Room compatible, the AmeriVacS jaw sealers are ideal for dry packaging applications on trays, tape and reel, tubes, and a variety of SMD shipping containers.
AVN
AmeriVacS offers the AVN, which is a vacuum, impulse heat sealer with a N2 gas purge. To ensure freshness, many perishable products (e.g., coffee, hops, marijuana) require the O2 and moisture to be removed. This is accomplished by flushing the bag with an inert gas before evacuation and sealing. The AmeriVacS AVN models use N2 to flush/purge the bags.
The AVN Vacuum Bag Sealer + Gas Purge accommodates all popular moisture-barrier bag materials and has a clean, quiet, and non-particle-generating air-driven vacuum pump. Perfect for dry packaging applications on trays, tape-reeled products, tubes, and other SMD (Surface Mount Device) shipping containers, the AVN accommodates all popular moisture-barrier bag materials. With one touch of the foot pedal, the AVN flushes out oxygen and moisture with nitrogen and seals your sensitive components in seconds.
Available in five seal lengths (20″, 25″, 30″, 35″, 50″), the 1/4″ (10mm optional) wide sealing element delivers a leakproof seal and is cleanroom compatible. The N2 gas-flush feature can be switched off for impulse heat sealing only.

AVN-20
The AmeriVacS Model AVS-20 is a vacuum, impulse, poly bag heat sealer that can accommodate all popular moisture-barrier bag materials. Single-touch foot control provides for accurate seals and cool-down times with only a single adjustment. The AVS-20 produces a 1/4” wide heat seal up to 20” long. The clean, quiet, and non-particle generating air-driven vacuum pump and high-flow stainless steel retractable nozzle make the AVS-20 clean-room compatible. It’s easy to set up using only compressed air and a standard 120 VAC/6 AMP electrical outlet, and it comes with all the necessary parts, tubing, and connections to get you quickly up and running.

Startup, Preventative Maintenance, and In-Plant Services:
Inpak is unique in that our Field Service Technicians can perform Startup, Preventative Maintenance, and In-Plant Services on all of our equipment. We’re ready and able to assist you to get and keep your packaging equipment up & running.
Startup Services:
Inpak Systems offers a startup service on your new AmeriVac sealing equipment. This includes verifying that the equipment is operating properly to factory specifications. The startup service includes operation verification, operator training, and maintenance training.
Preventative Maintenance Services:
To prevent downtime and costly emergency repairs, preventive maintenance (PM) services are available for all of your AmeriVac sealing equipment. To ensure your packaging equipment operates at maximum efficiency, PMs can be arranged to fit your production schedule.
In-Plant Repair Services:
Inpak Systems offers in-plant repair of your AmeriVac sealing equipment. Our experienced, factory-trained, and certified technicians use genuine OEM parts to ensure your equipment is restored to original factory operating specifications. Dispatched from our WI location, we offer national coverage and we ensure a quick response throughout the Midwest.
