In this blog post, we’re reviewing a Closing option in the form of the PackRite 600 Band Sealer.
PackRite BandRite 6000 band sealer
The PackRite BandRite 6000 is a continuous band sealer that’s designed for high-volume sealing applications. It’s a heavy-duty machine that can seal a variety of bag materials, including polyethylene, polypropylene, and polyvinyl chloride.
Bags are guided through the Model 6000 by neoprene carry belts at speeds up to 750 in/min. Sealing is accomplished by passing the bag through two 10″ heating bars and two 10” cooling bars separated by Teflon® sealing bands.
The standard Model 6000 provides a flat seal. When equipped with the optional crimper, the Model 6000 can provide a checkered seal that’s particularly attractive on clear polypropylene materials. The BandRite 6000 is also compliant with USDA packaging guidelines, making it an ideal choice for food packaging applications.
An excellent choice for food, agriculture, and military applications where government regulations such as MIL-SPEC and USDA packaging guidelines must be met, the heavy-duty PackRite Band Sealer is compliant, expandable, and easily serviced.
